Serves as a strategic liaison between IT and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Customer Operations, and Finance.

What you will do
- Understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and business process maps.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
- Plan projects, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and report status to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Support ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT, resolve issues, and ensure business readiness for deployments.
- Facilitate decisions and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements across multiple business functions.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customer Operations.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and business cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions with business and technical teams and managing multiple priorities.
Compensation
- Expected typical base salary is $105,000–$140,000 per year; final salary depends on individual qualifications and other factors.
- Eligible employees may receive annual performance-based bonus compensation.
