Staff Accountant

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and related data per company policy and US GAAP and collaboratively work with other functions to ensure reconciling items are quickly resolved • Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation • Analyze financial statements and related information specific to assigned areas and investigate discrepancies and variances • Support month-end close process • Identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency • Prepare and communicate monthly and ad-hoc reports • Work with external auditors and support special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred • 0-2 years experience • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working on a large ERP solution (D365 preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent with Microsoft applications • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI preferred) • Ability to multitask and work effectively with others in a team environment • Self-starter with excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
