Roles and responsibilities

• Assist users with logged IT-related incidents through the global service desk.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving Windows operating systems and supported software applications.
• Record, update, and document tickets with accurate and detailed information.
• Provide efficient and appropriate customer service to end users.
• Resolve system, operating system, Microsoft Office, and application-related problems.
• Perform incident management, including ticket assignment, troubleshooting, resolution, and closure.
• Help users simplify computer-related tasks and repetitive activities.
• Apply standard practices and execute approved problem resolutions.
• Work with support team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality end-user support.
• Complete mandatory training within the required timeframe.
• Participate in regularly scheduled one-to-one meetings.

Candidate profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A computer-related qualification, certification, course, BCA, MCA, BTech, or computer science diploma is required.

• The role is based at the Gurugram SP Info City Towers A and B location in India.
