Lead supply chain automation across AMET operations using AWS and SCOT expertise.
Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and results, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an automation strategy, prioritize initiatives, and define success metrics.
- Lead automation projects from ideation and requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support; manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Evaluate AWS services, including SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, Lambda, S3, and EC2, and recommend suitable options.
- Design solutions with engineering, operations, and stakeholders; define requirements and specifications and oversee AWS ecosystem integration.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and project communications; mentor supply chain leaders and specialists in automation capabilities.
- Monitor solution performance, improve efficiency using analytics, and manage vendors, contracts, and delivery quality.
Basic qualifications
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 5 years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
