Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to lead the creation and management of bilingual digital content across customer-facing platforms and service journeys.
The ideal candidate will combine exceptional writing skills, UX content expertise, and a deep understanding of localization and government communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development, review, and maintenance of bilingual (Arabic/English) digital content.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly UX micro-copy, including notifications, alerts, error messages, field labels, instructions, and service guidance.
- Ensure all content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and optimized for digital user experiences.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Adhere strictly to Dubai Police content standards, approved terminology, and official tone of voice guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, developers, translators, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Review and validate translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency between Arabic and English versions.
- Drive content quality assurance and governance across all service journeys.
