Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies to bridge business needs and technical delivery.
The role involves translating high-level business objectives and frameworks (such as 360-Service models) into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and transformation initiatives.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business value and delivery timelines.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, identifying gaps and recommending optimized solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and SMEs to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder meetings, and UAT support.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs to final delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes and Agile practices.
