Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical products, enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience building product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and writing user stories and requirements.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in telecommunications, wireless, networking, IoT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 5G, Edge Computing, IoT, AI/ML, SaaS, and cloud-native architectures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools is an advantage.
  • SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
  • The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $145,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
