Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA N 4D
Role Overview
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, primarily across ITSM and CSM.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and platform scripting.
• Experience with update sets, code reviews, development standards, and deployments.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, requirement analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Basic understanding of HRSD and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of testing, troubleshooting, and ServiceNow best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications are preferred.
