Responsibilities

  • · Manage a portfolio of active claims and the contractors working on those assignments.
  • · Monitor assignments aging, statuses, and work product.
  • · Daily follow-up regarding open items and communications.
  • · Perform Quality Estimate reviews of Contractor estimates per client estimating guidelines.
  • · Communicate with Contractors regarding clarifications and required changes.
  • · Interact with Client Adjusters and Insureds providing process and technical support.
  • · Record journal or diary notes relating to claim results.
  • · Use tracking systems to manage activity.
  • · Assist with periodic special projects.
  • · Interact with Claim Manager regarding activity, questions, training, and all position needs.
  • · Provide input to company regarding contractor performance.

  • Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics
