Sr. Specialist - OD (1182)

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in setting strategic objectives for human resources planning within the general strategy of the organization, preparing private initiatives and steps for their implementation, and setting their performance indicators.
• Propose programs and activities related to the process of implementing corporate development standards at the level of human resources.
• Measure and evaluating the performance of human resources in accordance with the approved standards and developing recommendations related to its results.
• Analyse data and reports from HR databases and set human capital planning objectives.
• implementation and updating the organizational structure in accordance with the requirements of the operational model.
• Prepare and follow up the implementation of the career paths plan.
• Analyse the current situation of the workforce and determine the future needs of the workforce as well as determine the gap between the current situation and future needs.
• Develop models to predict the impact of solutions for workforce requirements and gaps.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Professional and Technical Certificates (Preferred): Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience as HR organizational development specialist.
