Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational support for last-mile implementations.
• Monitor fleet KPIs, including delivery speed, cancellation rates, unit economics, and star ratings, and keep them ready for regular discussions.
• Manage a team that supports riders and track daily performance metrics.
• Identify and help implement tools, technologies, and processes to improve fleet efficiency and operations.
• Track fleet improvement progress and provide detailed reports to management; prepare ad hoc reports.
• Plan new store and regional launches and ensure optimum supply availability.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on seasonal demand and driver supply.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure driver performance meets company standards.
• Mentor and support new team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• At least 3–4 years of fleet-role experience and at least 2 years in fleet management.
• Proven experience managing a fleet of drivers or logistics teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for analyzing vehicle performance, driver behavior, and costs.
• Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with lean economics.
