Role overview
Individual-contributor IC1 role in the Product Operations department, reporting to the Product Operations Manager.
Supports user experience improvements, operational processes, and product managers’ objectives.
Product operations and coordination
- Support senior team members with analysis, research, and information gathering.
- Advise stakeholders on product usage and resolve routine requests and bugs through cross-functional coordination.
- Build vendor feedback loops into product development and turn feedback data into useful formats for improvement.
- Support product launches and implementations by aligning stakeholders on timelines and key information.
- Test new features, updates, and bug fixes.
- Contribute feedback- and data-based problem statements to product roadmaps and identify potential causes and effects.
- Follow internal procedures, identify process improvements, and collaborate with vendors, riders, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Practical understanding of API technology, API testing tools such as Postman, XML/JSON technologies, and data analysis tools.
