Sr. Software Engineer - AI/ML - AI Platform

The Role

What You’ll Do

• Drive AI-native product execution from prototype to scalable production services.
• Architect and productionize AI platform components including LLM ecosystems, vector databases, prompt tuning, and agentic frameworks.
• Build core agent capabilities including MCP, cross-platform tool use, web browsing, and computer use.
• Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for AI products.
• Iterate products using performance metrics and user feedback.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies and frameworks.
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to make AI capabilities easier to use.

Who You Are

• Have 3–6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Bring expertise in Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Have a record of owning and shipping complex production-grade systems.
• Have shipped and maintained AI-native products or features, or completed significant AI personal projects.
• Hold a quantitative bachelor's or master's degree, or have equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and agentic systems is preferred.
• Experience with Databricks, LangChain, or MLflow is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of probabilistic systems behind modern LLMs is preferred.
• Experience building AI products in accuracy-sensitive domains such as finance is a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary range is $188,000–$235,000 USD per year.
• Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
