Sr. Sales Executive
About This Role
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B customers (restaurants, kitchens, supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, factories)
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Monitor payment collections and coordinate with accounts team
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
- Identify new products and opportunities in disposable/packaging materials
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries
- Ensure proper documentation (LPOs, invoices, delivery notes)
- Update CRM/sales reports daily
