Role overview

Compensation

• The salary range is $82,000–$85,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and the state of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Build RPA solutions with business subject matter experts and resolve technical problems.
• Define solution data requirements and coordinate test data.
• Communicate business problems and solutions to executive leadership.
• Monitor existing processes with business and IT partners and identify automation opportunities.
• Perform ROI and cost analysis for automation solutions.
• Document technical solution details and post-implementation operating procedures.

Travel

• Some minimal travel is required.

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer, engineering, or technology, or related experience in automation, software/application development, or workflow enhancement is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

Preferred education and experience

• Experience with at least one automation software or scripting language, such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, VBA, or JavaScript, is preferred.
• Healthcare claims and billing, medical equipment or DME, SharePoint, Excel macros, and SQL experience are preferred.
• Three years of experience as an Automation Engineer, Software Developer, or Business Process Analyst is preferred.

Skills and competencies
