Supports Fencing Supply Group’s national home center retail business through day-to-day account support, order execution, and retail program operations and compliance.
Works with retail customers and internal teams to resolve issues, track performance, and support account management.
The role is based at the Atlanta Field Support Center and has national scope.
Key responsibilities
- Support Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other retail accounts with inquiries, special-order quotes, proof-of-delivery requests, warranty requests, and store-level issues.
- Manage special-order programs, including order processing, SKU eligibility, pricing, lead times, and retailer compliance.
- Set up new items through Syndigo/CXH and GDSN, maintaining product data, images, and attributes before launch.
- Monitor EDI transactions, resolve failures with IT, maintain ASN compliance, and minimize chargebacks.
- Research and dispute deductions and chargebacks; track and escalate root causes.
- Monitor order drops, fill rates, out-of-stock positions, and sales velocity; maintain program content and support invoicing and consignment tracking.
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in retail account support, vendor operations, supply chain compliance, or a related field.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred qualifications
- Vendor experience with Lowe’s, Home Depot, or a comparable national retailer, including retailer portals, compliance, and deductions.
- Experience with Syndigo/CXH or GDSN; ERP systems such as Infor M3 or similar; EDI transactions and ASN compliance.
- Power BI or reporting experience; experience in building products, home improvement, or distribution.
