Key responsibilities
- Support Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other retail accounts with inquiries, special-order quotes, proof-of-delivery requests, warranty requests, and store-level issues.
- Manage special-order programs, including orders, SKU eligibility, pricing, lead times, and retailer compliance.
- Set up new items through Syndigo/CXH and GDSN, maintaining product data, images, and attributes.
- Monitor EDI transactions, coordinate failure resolution with IT, maintain ASN compliance, and help minimize chargebacks.
- Research, dispute, and track retailer deductions and chargebacks; escalate recurring root causes.
- Monitor order drops, fill rates, out-of-stock positions, and sales velocity; maintain Pro Extended Aisle content and support invoicing and consignment tracking.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in retail account support, vendor operations, supply chain compliance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred qualifications
- Vendor experience supporting Lowe’s, Home Depot, or a comparable national retailer, including retailer portals, compliance, or deductions.
- Experience with Syndigo/CXH or GDSN, ERP systems and customer portals such as Infor M3, EDI and ASN compliance, or Power BI/reporting.
- Experience in building products, home improvement, or distribution.
