- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. Master’s

- 4–6 years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of derivatives, commodities, and structured solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
