Relationship Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Agriculture.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in grains merchandising, brokerage, agribusiness sales, or related services.
• Understanding of agriculture markets and client profiles, including but not limited to: farmers, coops, elevators, ethanol plants, mills, feed lots, and other relevant agriculture entities.
• Existing network of clients or connections in the agricultural industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Active Series 3 License, or willingness to acquire one with company support upon joining.

• Ability to understand the commercial needs of entities in the agribusiness industry.

• DIFFERENTIALS
• Prior experience in commodity markets (grains, livestock, softs, energy).
• Knowledge of risk management strategies in international markets.
• Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, or similar).
• Familiar with futures and options usage in physical agriculture hedging.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
