The employer is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards across building and infrastructure work.
The posting identifies Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE as locations and requires candidates to be currently based in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the Quality Management System on site.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
- Maintain documentation of test reports, NCRs, and quality records.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support site teams in maintaining consistent quality performance throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum six years of experience with a main contracting company in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, QA/QC procedures, and ISO standards.
- Excellent knowledge of project documentation, audits, and inspection processes.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
