Lead on-site construction operations for major building projects in the UAE.
Projects include large-scale high-rise and mixed-use developments managed from mobilization through handover.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site activities to meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to maintain productivity and quality.
- Coordinate technical and construction matters with consultants, clients, and internal departments.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure adherence to HSE and QA/QC standards.
- Review and approve construction programs, method statements, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in main contracting, with UAE experience mandatory.
- Proven experience managing high-rise or large-scale building projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations, FIDIC, and construction standards.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
