Required qualifications

• Experience managing hardware NPI programs through design, manufacturing, QA, and general availability.
• Experience managing concurrent software releases with independent platform release cadences.
• Strong understanding of software development and hardware NPI lifecycles.
• Cross-functional program coordination experience across engineering, software, QA, product, manufacturing, and compliance.
• Experience with milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, release readiness, program reviews, and program governance.
• Strong Jira experience, executive communication, risk management, and ability to drive delivery without direct authority.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, changing priorities, and simultaneous releases.
• Ability to use AI tools for reporting, program data analysis, metric monitoring, and trend identification.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in networking, enterprise infrastructure, cloud-managed platforms, or telecommunications.
• Experience combining hardware, firmware/software, cloud services, and management or control applications.
• Experience with manufacturing readiness, BOM management, software-image readiness, and ODM/OEM coordination.
• Familiarity with product compliance, regulated procurement, cloud deployments, and international customer coordination.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, or comparable project or program management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware NPI programs and concurrent software releases across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional program teams and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
• Lead release-readiness, program, defect, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Drive delivery to committed dates, identify at-risk programs, develop action plans, and escalate issues.
• Report program status and recommendations to senior leadership and establish governance structures.
• Use AI tools to analyze program data, generate reports, and monitor metrics.
