  • Connect product introduction, qualification, supply readiness, and production-ramp milestones to customer schedules, including transfers where applicable.
  • Track delivery commitments, drive corrective action, and resolve priority or resource conflicts, escalating tradeoffs as needed.
  • Run weekly strategic-customer reviews covering commitments, delivery performance, risks, recovery plans, and required decisions.
  • Maintain consolidated program health and risk views, including backlog, delivery, qualification readiness, dependencies, and revenue at risk.
  • Prepare executive updates and decision materials and provide timely status and risk communications to leadership.
  • Lead delivery-process improvement initiatives and coach team members in planning, risk management, and escalation.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
  • 5 to 10 years of program or project management industry experience and a record of successful on-time program delivery.
  • Experience leading complex technology programs across multiple businesses, functions, or geographies.
  • Experience with hardware development, qualification, and production ramps.

Additional qualifications

  • Strong integrated planning, dependency management, risk assessment, and recovery execution capability.
  • Able to influence without direct authority, resolve competing priorities, and lead culturally and technically diverse teams across regions.
  • Cross-functional initiative leadership, including coaching or mentoring experience.
  • Executive presence and ability to explain customer impact of technical and operational issues.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including use of data and analytics.
  • Optical line system and coherent modem/pluggable technology knowledge is a strong plus.
