Role overview
Lead the end-to-end Delivery Management Office (DMO) for the MBG engagement.
Serve as accountable owner for governance, contract management, financial control, risk and compliance, claims, service enablement, and executive reporting.
Governance and contracts
- Establish program governance, chair governance forums, define decision rights, RACI structures, and escalation mechanisms, and track actions through closure.
- Own contractual compliance across MSAs, SOWs, schedules, annexures, and amendments; maintain obligation registers and govern changes, deviations, risks, and audits.
Finance, risk, and claims
- Govern invoicing, billing accuracy, revenue realization, service credits, penalties, budget performance, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Manage program risks, compliance, audit readiness, corrective and preventive actions, customer claims, disputes, rebuttals, evidence, and recovery tracking.
Service enablement and reporting
- Govern onboarding, mobilization, workforce, ODC readiness, access, tools, workplace services, procurement, assets, and operational readiness across towers.
- Own executive dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting, management reviews, and consolidated delivery, financial, risk, and compliance reports.
Accountability and outcomes
- Ensure contractual commitments, customer expectations, compliance obligations, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with delivery, finance, legal, security, and HR teams and manage customer governance, contractual, and operational stakeholders.
Decision authority
- Approve governance frameworks, operating models, reporting standards, remediation plans, and executive submissions; escalate critical business, financial, and contractual risks.
