QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in the following Engineering Disciplines: Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical or Ceramic Engineering Required Years and Area of Experience: 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing Environment with demonstrated a bility to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and strong communications skills to enable engagement of stakeholders effectively on all levels of an organization. Experience using scientific method and engineering principles to solve problems thoroughly and effectively, using well-designed and executed processes including leveraging s trong data analysis and statistical skills, and proficiency with with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Minitab, or equivalent analytical tools to determine and recommend best solution from a series of alternatives within plant guidelines Desired Skills:
• Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting.
• Project management experience. This position does not support immigration sponsorship. US Salaried: The range for this position is $97,286.00 - $133,768.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
