Role overview
The Senior Pricing Analyst develops, implements and optimizes pricing strategies to support profitability and market competitiveness.
The role partners with sales, marketing, product management and finance to execute pricing strategies across products and services.
What you’ll do
- Execute pricing updates in the G-P platform and Salesforce, and coordinate country-specific fee changes accurately and compliantly.
- Serve as a contact for billing and pricing workflows and coordinate EMEA Deal Desk requests.
- Work with other regions on deals and keep deal calculators current; develop additional analysis as needed.
- Support automation of Deal Desk processes for new deals and renegotiations.
- Produce monthly customer and professional data reports and support monthly Board of Directors packs with FP&A.
- Partner with Sales departments on finance matters and translate growth goals into budget and forecast capacity planning.
- Define and measure performance KPIs, communicate actionable analysis to stakeholders and senior leadership, and support financial projects as needed.
Minimum requirements
- At least 5 years of corporate finance and accounting experience; SaaS experience across multiple products and regions is ideal.
- Hands-on Salesforce or similar CRM experience and comfort with billing and pricing workflows.
- An accounting qualification, fully or partly qualified, or working toward full qualification.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, advanced Excel, and ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Strong communication, organization and project-management skills; ability to manage pressure, detail and competing deadlines.
- Learn quickly, think critically, work effectively alone and with a team, and adhere to organizational priorities and regulatory compliance.
