Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
- Six years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan traditional building projects, including residential and commercial buildings, villas, schools, and workshops.
- Update project programs and follow up on site performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare required documentation for senior management.
- Apply cost control principles, including analysis of standard civil-item costs and tracking of actual site costs.
- Prepare contractor monthly payment and materials-at-site documentation.
