IT support duties
- Answer helpdesk requests by phone, email or ticketing system and diagnose and resolve daily technical issues.
- Install, configure and update Windows or macOS, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and desktop or laptop hardware.
- Create, update and disable user accounts, email addresses and permission levels in directories such as Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, scanners and VPN connections.
- Monitor backups, run antivirus and security checks, and assist with cyber-threat mitigation.
- Log incidents, maintain knowledge-base articles and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 or network engineers.
Experience
- Two years of IT experience is required.
Work location
- Work location is in person; Abu Dhabi is listed as preferred.
