Primary Purpose of the Job
Requires high-level judgment to support supervisory decisions.
Coordinates across multiple units under tight timelines.
Exposure to toxic gases, high temperatures, and emergency conditions.
Works 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and holidays.
Maintains continuous situational awareness across shift roles.
Minimum Experience
8 years refinery/chemical plant operations experience.
3 years as Senior Operator or equivalent.
Education
al Qualifications
Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
HNC/Technical Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering preferred.
