Role overview

Process redesign and architecture

• Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
• Lead process reengineering for finance, accounting, regulatory reporting, operational, and support processes.
• Design future-state workflows that optimize controls, reduce manual effort, improve quality, and increase scalability.
• Document requirements, process flows, decision points, control frameworks, and target-state operating models.

AI strategy and solution development

• Participate in intake, triage, and prioritization of AI opportunities across Global Financial Control.
• Assess value, feasibility, reusability, data readiness, technology dependencies, and control implications.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data Management, and CFO Innovation teams on solution design and implementation.
• Support business cases, value realization plans, and executive materials for funding and prioritization.

Delivery, governance, and adoption

• Partner through design, testing, deployment, adoption, user acceptance testing, process validation, and operational readiness.
• Ensure target-state processes include controls, human-in-the-loop oversight, auditability, evidence retention, and risk management.
• Support training, communications, adoption planning, and change management.
• Track benefits including cycle time reduction, quality improvements, productivity gains, and control effectiveness.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• The role requires 12 to 18 or more years of total experience.
• The role requires five or more years leading finance transformation initiatives.
• The role requires three or more years working with AI, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional global stakeholders and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Foundational skills

• End-to-end process redesign, finance transformation, business architecture, and operating model frameworks.
• Project and change management, workflow orchestration, and target operating model design.
• Control optimization, automation or AI-focused redesign, accounting operations, controllership, and external reporting.
• Risk and compliance management, data governance, AI opportunity assessment, and AI governance.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, business case development, executive storytelling, and stakeholder communication.

Certifications and tools

• Finance-related training or certifications may be relevant to the role.
• Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot, M365, Studio, Orchestra, UiPath, Alteryx Advanced, or Tableau are preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled automation and workflow solution tools is relevant.

Work timings

• Work timings are flexible between 11:30 am and 8:30 pm or between 12:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
