- Leading staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
- Planning, directing and monitoring production activities to meet or exceed established targets.
- Cascading strategic objectives to business, sales, and engineering functional leadership.
- Fostering process improvements related to production, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
