Experience - 8+ years
Education - Bachelor`s in Marketing
Experience in Europe/ US / UK is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Drive showroom footfall through targeted campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Lead marketing support for product launches and new collections, including planning and execution of go-to-market strategies
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, and online promotions with performance tracking and optimization
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels and marketing materials
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to support business goals and revenue growth
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets efficiently
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong performance and productivity
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of digital marketing and brand management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
