This role focuses on driving high-value growth through Account-Based Marketing, targeting key B2B segments with precision.
You will serve as the gatekeeper for global data compliance, ensuring all lead generation and CRM activities meet strict privacy standards.
Beyond execution, you’ll act as a strategic bridge, collaborating with IT and Leadership to scale CRM capabilities and deliver the data-driven insights needed for quarterly business reviews.
It is a high-impact position that blends technical governance with sophisticated, personalized marketing strategy.
**Qualification:**· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree
**Experience:** 6–8 years experience
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is essential
- Hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation is essential
- Direct, hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing is strongly preferred; broader enterprise CRM experience is required
- Experience with both B2B (including long sales cycles and ABM) and B2C audiences is highly desirable
- Experience building drip campaigns, nurture journeys, and WhatsApp-led lifecycle communication is required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize budgets, bidding, and creative testing to improve CPL and conversion rates.
- Explore growth opportunities on secondary channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic).
- Manage Microsoft Azure/Dynamics CRM to ensure data hygiene and seamless systems integration.
- Build automated lifecycle journeys, including email, drip campaigns, and WhatsApp integration.
- Develop dynamic audience segments for tailored B2B and B2C targeting.
- Create performance dashboards in Power BI to track lead flow and campaign ROI.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies for sales and marketing teams.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to refine messaging based on A/B test results.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key B2B segments.
- Ensure full compliance with global data protection and opt-in regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and leadership to enhance CRM functionality and support quarterly reviews.
