The Saudi Arabia Supplier Performance Leader works in Raytheon’s Operations and Supply Chain organization on high-visibility localization programs.
Based in Jeddah Industrial City 3, the role improves supplier performance and operational maturity against quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop supplier performance strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery schedule requirements.
- Lead supplier-site improvement in process optimization, quality, cost reduction, and CORE domain maturity.
- Set, monitor, and report weekly and monthly metrics; conduct reviews using the CORE tier management framework.
- Resolve supplier and sub-tier performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management.
- Train and engage in person with prime and sub-tier suppliers; support strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Prepare supplier performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership with the subcontracts manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least seven years of related experience in supplier performance, supply chain, or operations management.
- Demonstrated metric-oriented improvement results in low-maturity environments; knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Analytical, communication, leadership, project management, detail management, and organizational skills.
- English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Workplace
- The position is identified as onsite and includes daily in-person supplier engagement and training.
