Job Description As a Senior Manager of Real Estate & Construction, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and executing pivotal real estate and construction projects. This role demands a dynamic leader with a strategic vision to manage vast portfolios, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate acquisition and development projects from inception to completion.
• Negotiate leases and contracts to maximize the value of property assets.
• Oversee construction project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in real estate investments.
• Supervise and mentor a team of real estate and construction professionals effectively.
• Ensure projects adhere to all legal, regulatory, and quality standards consistently.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders convincingly.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for optimal project delivery and quality control.
• Evaluate the performance and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio regularly.
• Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance the efficiency of construction processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and construction management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading significant real estate development projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with lease and contract management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective tracking and reporting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
