Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead Global Service FP&A and worldwide Service P&L consolidation across divisions and regions.
• Lead monthly business reviews, executive reporting, strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track financial risks, opportunities, headcount, and leading indicators affecting the outlook.
• Coordinate reporting structures and account mapping with finance, HR, and Master Data Management partners.
• Lead financial integration for acquisitions, including reporting alignment and run-rate analysis.
• Develop analysts, set analytical standards, and improve and automate forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Drive accountability and resolve issues through business partnership and constructive challenge.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of related financial experience, including leading, mentoring, or managing analysts.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP and planning platforms.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; strong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
• Strong business acumen, executive communication, matrixed-organization partnership, judgment, and ownership.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or CMA is considered a plus.

Compensation

• Annualized base salary range is $132,600 to $221,100, commensurate with level and experience.
• The role is bonus eligible.
