Responsibilities
- Set architecture and direction for new collaborative creative-app features.
- Drive features from concept through delivery, influencing interface decisions and project planning.
- Collaborate with human interface designers, quality assurance and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor others and contribute to an open and inclusive work environment.
Minimum qualifications
- Five or more years shipping high-quality, tested code on iOS and/or macOS.
- Technical lead experience with communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Strong Apple-platform architecture knowledge, computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in Swift and at least one of SwiftUI, UIKit or AppKit.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, own product features, mentor colleagues and remain open to learning.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in creative apps such as Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, iMovie or GarageBand.
- Experience with Swift async/await and actors.
- Proficiency with Swift Testing and/or XCTest.
- Commitment to accessibility and localization.
Compensation and benefits
- Base pay range is $153,700–$290,700; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- Benefits include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products and services, and eligible education reimbursement.
- Employees may be eligible for discretionary stock programs, bonuses or commission payments and relocation, subject to applicable terms.
