Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using a Kanban-based delivery model.
• Refactor legacy applications, drive migrations, and modernize front-end experiences.
• Build Angular applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and legacy integration patterns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate engineering and build chatbot and AI-driven task-engine capabilities.
• Build and optimize REST APIs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Review requirements and code changes; troubleshoot performance, observability, and scalability issues.
• Improve AI-assisted development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and mentor offshore developers and QE engineers; collaborate with engineering and product leaders on roadmaps.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business/MIS, or a related field; experience may substitute.
• At least 7 years of professional web development experience and 3+ years of enterprise development experience.
• Enterprise experience includes CI/CD, multitenant SaaS, performance, scalability, observability, and ownership.
• Strong Angular proficiency and solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools; proven RESTful services experience; SQL/T-SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Cloud experience; AWS preferred. Ability to lead offshore development and QA teams.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills; Kanban or continuous-flow delivery experience.

Preferred experience

• Hands-on Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development; AngularJS-to-Angular migrations; micro-frontends.
• Chatbot or conversational UI development, AI workflow engines, and production AI integrations such as LangChain or OpenAI API.
• Prompt engineering, web security, Git, CI/CD, C#, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Code.

Work environment

• Hybrid office arrangement in the South Jordan, Utah office; in-office training with an opportunity for a flexible hybrid format.
