Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using a Kanban-based delivery model.
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications, drive migrations, and improve front-end experiences.
• Build and maintain Angular applications, RESTful APIs, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and build conversational interfaces and AI-driven task engine capabilities.
• Review requirements and changes for quality and maintainability; improve AI development workflows and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot performance, observability, and scalability issues.
• Lead and mentor offshore developers and QE engineers; collaborate with engineering and product leaders on design and roadmaps.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field; experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 7 years of professional web development experience.
• At least 3 years of enterprise development experience, including CI/CD, multitenant SaaS, performance, scalability, observability, and ownership.
• Strong Angular proficiency and solid knowledge of vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Comfort using AI coding tools; experience building RESTful services and working with SQL/T-SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience; AWS is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead offshore development and QA teams.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills; experience delivering in a Kanban or continuous-flow environment.

Preferred experience

• Preferred experience includes Claude Code or similar tools, AngularJS-to-Angular migrations, large-scale front-end modernization, and micro-frontends.
• Chatbot or conversational UI, AI workflow engines, AI-powered production features, LangChain, OpenAI API, and prompt engineering are preferred areas.
• Web security, Git and CI/CD, C#, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Code are additional preferred experience.

Work environment

• Hybrid office arrangement in South Jordan, Utah; training is in office, with an opportunity for a flexible hybrid format.
• Remote work depends on the individual role, team structure, and alignment with role KPIs.
