Qualifications
- You Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP/SAP FICO systems
- Ability to operate in a structured, transformation‐focused environment

- Experience in manufacturing finance, costing, or inventory analytics
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Responsibilities
- Support end‐to‐end costing requirements for the S4 scope, including definitions, reporting, and controls
- Partner with Operations and Finance stakeholders to validate costing assumptions and master data dependencies
- Perform detailed cost analysis and variance explanations (standard vs. actuals)
- Support Fit‐to‐Standard workshops, UAT testing, defect resolution, and readiness sign‐offs
- Assist with development of training materials and post‐go‐live stabilization efforts
