Preferred Qualifications
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
- Eligibility for or possession of certifications such as LEOSA/HR218, CCW, or PPS
- Familiarity or introductory training in:
- Defensive tactics
- Emergency medical response
- Evasive or protective driving
- Firearms safety and proficiency
- Experience with access control systems, residential security, or surveillance technology
- Background in client‐facing, hospitality‐oriented, or service‐focused environments
