Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 8 years in Data Management or Enterprise Applications.
- At least 5 years hands-on with Oracle MDM, including Siebel UCM, OEDQ, and ODI.
Master data management expertise
- Strong expertise in match and merge, survivorship, golden record, and customer/party, product, and supplier data models.
- Oracle EBS/Fusion integration, SOA/OIC/APIs/middleware, and Oracle Database, including PL/SQL and performance basics.
Implementation and support
- Hands-on implementation and BAU support, including data migration, cleansing, onboarding, workflow/stewardship setup, and batch and real-time integrations.
- Production support and ITSM processes covering incident, problem, change, release, and root-cause analysis.
Infrastructure and regulated environments
- Manage application servers, databases, and middleware; handle patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across OCI/cloud or on-premises deployments.
- Experience in regulated environments with focus on audit, security, and compliance; banking experience is preferred.
Stakeholders and certifications
- Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and AMS partners.
- Oracle, ITIL, or cloud certifications are preferred.
