Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years in data management or enterprise applications and at least 5 years hands-on with Oracle MDM, including Siebel UCM, OEDQ, and ODI.
- Strong MDM knowledge covering match and merge, survivorship, golden records, and customer/party, product, and supplier data models.
- Experience with Oracle EBS/Fusion integration, SOA/OIC/APIs/middleware, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and performance basics.
Implementation and support skills
- Hands-on implementation and BAU support across data migration, cleansing, onboarding, workflow and stewardship setup, and batch and real-time integrations.
- Production support and ITSM exposure covering incident, problem, change, release, and root-cause analysis.
- Infrastructure and environment management covering application servers, databases, middleware, patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, and performance tuning in OCI/cloud or on-premises deployments.
- Experience in regulated environments focused on audit, security, and compliance; banking experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and AMS partners.
Preferred certifications
- Oracle, ITIL, or OCI/Azure/AWS cloud certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle MDM solutions across enterprise applications.
- Configure and support MDM match-and-merge, survivorship, golden-record, and data stewardship capabilities.
- Integrate Oracle MDM with Oracle EBS/Fusion and connected SOA, OIC, API, and middleware services.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, onboarding, and batch and real-time integration work.
- Set up and support workflows and data stewardship processes.
- Provide production and BAU support, including incident, problem, change, release, and root-cause processes.
- Manage application, database, and middleware environments, including patching, upgrades, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and AMS partners.
