Senior electrical engineering role for a building construction project, focused on residential buildings.
Experience requested: 5–7 years handling residential buildings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, supervise, test, commission, and coordinate maintenance of project electrical works.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements; monitor work against the approved schedule.
- Supervise HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cabling, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and power distribution.
- Coordinate electrical work with civil, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, subcontractors, material specifications, consumption, and wastage.
- Verify quantities and support electrical BOQ preparation and billing.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspections; ensure compliance with drawings, standards, safety procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and site records, address technical issues, and support handover and project completion.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience handling residential building electrical projects.
- Electrical Safety or MEP certifications are an added advantage.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
