Overview

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape solution offerings.
• Support drafting proposals and statements of work.
• Provide delivery staffing and skill requirements to resource deployment and delivery leaders.

Technical Delivery

• Lead customer and partner meetings to understand needs and map requirements to Microsoft technology solutions.
• Develop project documents, identify risks and dependencies, communicate solution value, and create work breakdown structures.
• Implement solutions and lead workstreams while aligning to architecture and Industry Solutions processes.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resources to resolve delivery issues.

Customer and Business Development

• Manage executive-level customer and stakeholder relationships and improve customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to expand cloud and Microsoft technology adoption with existing customers.
• Articulate value propositions and develop new domain offerings that support innovation and digital transformation.

Intellectual Property and Readiness

• Use, modify, or create repeatable intellectual property and provide feedback to improve offerings.
• Learn technologies based on business demand, pursue advised certifications, and participate in technical communities.
• Mentor team members, act as a technical advisor, and conduct training sessions when available.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field and 3+ years of leadership experience in a relevant business area, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a relevant business area.
• Technical certifications in a domain or service line, such as Azure, Security, or Dynamics.
• Delivery Management certification, such as Scrum, Agile, Change Management, or Project Management.
