Business Architect - Agent 365

Build and maintain A365 Business Analytics/FinOps models and customer value artifacts for the field. Own A365 reporting, covering pipeline, consumption, deployment and adoption, and deliver dashboards and insights to leadership. Run operating cadences: field orchestration touchpoints across ABS and Security, and tracking of blockers through resolution. Support enablement: coordinate content, cohort moments and readiness channels so guidance stays consistent. Collect product and customer signal and route it to the product team. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.

Proficient data, modeling and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI or equivalent).

Ability to work across sales, product and finance teams.

Proficient with clear written and executive communication.

Familiarity with M365, Copilot/agents or security.
