Role overview

Required skills and experience

• 8+ years of IT staffing sales, especially contingent labor recruiting for financial and professional services companies.
• Proven BFSI sales and experience scoping contingent work programs, ramp-up plans, and Statement of Work engagements.
• Experience across both sales and delivery.
• Strong enterprise relationship-building skills with senior hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Sales acumen, ability to develop new business, and ability to identify and position strategic resourcing opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and proposal development skills.
• Ability to apply company core values and business concepts to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Position and differentiate strategic resourcing solutions in line with client needs and company processes.
• Lead business development, manage sales pipelines and client backlog, and grow revenue at priority clients.
• Communicate with CXO-level audiences and facilitate executive discussions.
• Develop client-centered account strategies and identify transformation opportunities.
• Oversee deliverables, resolve escalated issues, and maintain client value.
• Build trust with clients and decision-makers and use data and stories in consultative selling.
