Work arrangement

• This is a mobile role based out of the New Stanton, Pennsylvania facility.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, process documentation, and functional requirements.
• Document workflows, standard operating procedures, process maps, and work instructions.
• Facilitate requirements reviews and secure stakeholder alignment; ensure requirements are complete, testable, and clear to technical teams.
• Support system testing and validation; identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least five years of experience in business process or systems analysis, operations improvement, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments.
• Experience configuring SAP ECC or integrated ERP/BPM systems.

Compensation

• Estimated base salary is $85,200 to $106,500 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
