Location and workplace

• Role is expected to be based in Fairburn, GA; depending on qualifications, it may be based in Dallas, TX, Perris, CA, or Elgin, IL.
• Fully onsite work is required if the role is based out of a warehouse.

Compensation

• National salary range is $70,000–$115,000; California range is $70,304–$115,000; Washington range is $80,169–$115,000.

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, visualizations, and back-end data models.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques; identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain site or sector reporting tools and deliver tailored analytics for functional teams.
• Support Power BI users and analytics initiatives; lead sessions that build data literacy and tool adoption.
• Manage projects across sites and support site startups with analytics tools and reporting frameworks.
• Build ETL pipelines from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources; use analytics tools to improve reporting and automation.
• Apply current analytics trends and best practices to improve processes.

Required experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or 4 years equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive SQL or scripting experience, including Python or R, for querying, cleaning, and transforming data.
• Proficiency building Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch and writing DAX expressions.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and diverse data sources.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and analytics trends; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
