Location: Bristol (BS35 4DF)
- Grade: RCS N Contract: 12-month Secondment / FTC Hybrid working (On-site Mondays, Tuesdays and 1 other day) ( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, company discounts, parking onsite)
- DHL Supply Chain , an award‑winning, world‑class leader in logistics, is looking for a driven Billing Analyst to join our high‑performing team.
- In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. Working within clearly defined guidelines and best‑practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.
- You'll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time , every time. With a strong focus on performance, you'll work towards—and exceed—key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
Adherence to DHL processes/controls
Raising sales invoices/credit notes
Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders
Ensure timely availability of billing backup
Access Self billing portals (using customer portals)
Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs

Financial background and intermediate level of excel
Effective communication skills
Self Motivated
A positive "can do" attitude
Experience in billing
